So a few things…FIRST

Now onto a new exercise!
(thanks to the boyfriend in the reflection for being my photographer)
We give you ..
V-UP TOE TOUCHES
Basically, you start in a v-up position with your feet lifted and toes pointed
while holding onto the bench. Then, you lower your toes toward the floor
while keeping your CORE NICE AND TIGHT & your back flat!
(proper form is KEY)
& then return back to your starting V-UP!
Feel free to include the smile as well!
The boy & I included this in a circuit workout to
finish off our LEGIT leg day.
I did about 15-20 reps for the 4 rounds.
Sidenote: I’m still sore from Sunday; it’s almost thursday.
